ladies with a D cup and up how do you not? Im a DD and if I dont oh boy I cant get comfortable, I toss and turn all night.
underwear 98% of the time.
Im also a D, and am sooo uncomfortable if I wear a bra to bed!

I wear underwear to bed no bra (and i will change into regular ones if I had a thong on). I couldnt sleep without it.
DH is like this too. he cant even sleep without a t-shirt on.

With AF, absofrigginlutely!!! Without AF, depends. If I take a shower at night, then no. But I can't can't can't wear a thong to bed!!!  Yeah, that wasn't a good nights rest!

lol - well if we weren't close-knit before, we're close now!!!
That said, I wear neither.
PJs with nothing underneath -ONLY b/c I still live at home. If I lived alone with Rich, I wouldn't wear anything to bed. The man is a friggen hot water bottle!
I also a D, and I couldn't imagine wearing a bra to bed. I used to have GINORMOUS boobs before the reduction - and even then, I couldn't sleep with one on.
Post-reduction, you HAVE to wear a sports bra type thingy 24/7....I managed to rip it off in my sleep.

Almost always underwear - sometimes I even have to get up to put a pair on if you know what I mean 
I'm usually fully dressed with layers on when I go to bed anyway, I'm always cold - DH is always completely nekkid - like Shorty said, a total hot water bottle!

wow, for the DD and up girls I give you props for not wearing a bra to bed, I just cant not, they get in the way for me if I dont wear a bra to bed and Im very very comfortable this way. guess Im original!
