Nice house in Holbrook!

it's on Holbrook Rd - main street, but it's nice! it just dropped $20K and has not been for sale that long. it had pictures, not sure what happened to them

I've noticed a LOT of multiple listings on there....I guess the overall count isn't that accurate.

it's definitely off.. especially since they don't remove listings until the closing. so many houses on there are already sold. but if you're like me (checks it everyday), you have a pretty good idea of what is avaliable and what is not.
