Which brand are you taking? and How often are you taking them?
I am taking Duet DHA (2 pills per packet) and I take them twice a day (AM & PM). Sometimes the iron in the vitamins affects my stomach. Can anyone recommend a different brand? TIA
I take the same ones. You only need to take one packet per day (1 packet = 2 pills). You aren't taking one packet in the morning and another one in the evening are you? I take them right before bed and they have never made me sick.
