My FIL is all talk and no action but he is the biggest flirt. He's a harmless dirty old man.
When we come out and if your house has a pool, my advice to you is to lay out next to it for a few days and he might just give you the cabinets for free

DAMN!!! you think if i get one of those blow up pools, it would have the same effect!!????

Are you talking about the hole in the original wall? It was an outside wall and the previous owner filled it with steel wool. She was completely in over her head with this house.
Ummm, no, no mouse. I'm a very thorough buyer (I've done this before) and know what tell tale signs to look for.
ok sorry I thought you were trying to show that you had to exterminate. I was like whoa they really did a phenomenal job.
Everything is awesome. Its just beautiful.

Your kitchen looks terrific! What is your backsplash and paint? It just looks awesome, along with the tile... Did you paint the celiling too? Or is that white? It honestly looks so clean and bright!!

The paint is Benjamin Moore, Peach Blossom.
Ceiling- Benjamin Moore white ceiling paint.
The counter is Black Galaxy granite... there are copper and gold colored flecks in it.
Cabinets- Richmaid, cherry, Independence model, Paprika finish.
Tile- From Old Country Road Tile
Kitchen Floor 13 X13 Emil #31NB9 Bianiok (Sp? can't read the handwriting on the invoice) Grout- Dorian Grey
Backsplash- same tile but 4.5 X 4.5 #27NB9 Grout- ??? A medium tan from Home Depot. I can really look it up if anyone wants the info.
Sink- oversized thicker grade stainless steel. I think it's an 18 grade. As my FIL says, "Big enough to wash TWO babies in"
Lighting Fixture- Home Depot
Slider- Anderson sliders from Windowrama- ordered through my FIL's contractor account
Hardware- Home Depot. They were inexpensive. They have an aged look to them
We decided against adding a skylight but we could do it later if we wanted to but I don't think we will.

I LOVE it. I now have all new ideas for my new kitchen which is about 1/3 the size of yours.

Not sure. the entrance to the diningroom and livingroom beyond that was right behind me and the lights were on so it might be that.
