We have that same bathroom--with that ugly blue tile---I can't wait to get rid of it....this winter we are gutting the bathroom. What an amazing job he did---it looks great!!!

I hear ya on the blue tile...I tried to make it work. It looked decent when I would use a hip Pottery Barn shower curtain but it was just so limiting and unclean looking (tub that is).
We would have gutted it but since we just gutted our downstairs peach 70s bath, it would have been a large project that we didn't feel like doing at this point. But I totally agree, if you can pull it all out and gut it, that is preferable.
