I have one. I get all my stuff online (I think you can set that in your preferences).
The only snail mail I get from them is about using ING for a mortgage.

I opened one, b/c they gave my free $$, but I think I'm going to close it - I don't like having money spread out it too many different places.

Yes, we opened it for wedding money. Made some nice dough too, in interest! We'll never go back to a standard savings account with a bank, it's just not lucrative enough.
We don't get statements either. I think paper statements and the opt-out for privacy policy are enabled by default. You have to request to get either of them changed, I think.
