Yeah I understand the 1/2 working thing - but its like in my experience its brides to be who are posting all over the place - they have enough time to do that but not enough time to say thank you.
I stopped responding on one particular person's thread because of this. It felt like she was constantly pumping people for info and never responded to anyone about their ideas - and I got FM from her too. It was annoying to me.

when someone fm's you for information, you take the time to give it to them, and then you dont get so much as a thank you? Maybe, Im just taking it too personal. I've never had any problems with this in the past, but lately on the other site I find this happens more and more often. Makes me not want to help anymore.

i think people often read the response, get what then need and forget to thank the person that helped them..sort of like once they got your info- if was off to the races..
i definitely think a thank you is always in order- i think people forget that sometimes

Yes, this has happened to me many times and it irks me to no end. People should have the common courtesy to respond with a simple thanks.
