Re: MY HSG (updated on first post 4/13)
I am so sorry to hear your news. Like other ladies have stated, at least you are now in the know. You know what your condition is and you can explore and take the necessary steps needed in order to have a healthy baby.
I read that you mentioned after your laproscopic in 2004, the scar tissue clogged your tubes. I had the surgery in 2003 and didnt know that that could be an outcome. My dr. was able to remove my cysts through minimal incisions. I had 3 smalls slits on my abdomen. We will begin TTC in June but after reading your story I am wondering should I check to see if my tubes are clogged from the surgery as well
This site is very informative and by sharing one anothers stories we not only support one another but offer advice to others.
So, again, I am sorry to hear your news and I wish you the best in your future decisions regarding conception.

I am not sure how long you have been trying....or your age....but, I would most definetly get it done! Do not wait til it is too late unlike me. I am pushing 36 this summer.
I remember my old doctor mentioning that there could be scar tissue with the laporoscopy. The sad part is that they never found my pregnancy and after the laparoscopy, they had to give me a shot of methotrexate. They made two incisions....one on my left side and the other on my right

Wow, well I had the surgery b/c I have endometriosis and had to get two cysts removed from my ovaries. We have not begun TTC as of yet. We plan to begin in June. I am 29 years old. So, I am really just learning and trying to be as informed as possible.
