My aunt who was a nurse used to tell me when I was vomiting to make a cup of tea and put a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt in it. Drink it a spoon at a time, and it will keep you hydrated. Then, if you are able to keep that down, try to have a little water.
When you are feeling good enough to eat, stick to the BRAT diet - bananas, rice, applesauce and toast - until you feel like your stomach can handle more than that.

Well its 3pm now and I feel much better.
I had some waffles this morning
Some dry cereal and bananas
and I just had a cup of whole wheat pasta
