What kind of serveware do you use...
for small family dinners? my mom uses corningware, but i want to see what other options are out there.

My mom uses corningware for family dinners or her china for holidays & guests.

Corningware actually makes a fancier line now. It's pretty nice....

I use a mix of corningware and pyrex for casual dinners.
For more of a presentation I have platters from Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn.
I cannot wait until I have room for my china one day!

I have white china from Crate & Barrel...and for more formal evenings I use my formal china.
(I have the asparagus plate in the original green color and LOVE it - not loving the white they just came out with) (I also have something similar to the 3 part rectangular serving dish - but mine is 4 and doesn't have those handles...it's more sreamlined.)

I also use a glass pitcher and the glass gravy boat - simple & casual.
