Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
I did a ton of research and browsing and pushing and contemplating and wound up going with a Graco Metrolite. It's not a travel system but I think it's the same thing. I just bought the stroller and car seat seperately.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
We got the Chicco travel system in Green (Adventure).
We got it bc we are both tall, and liked the lightness of it (for us). It will also hold a taller/bigger baby for longer since I know our child will be tall/big.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
i did not receive this yet but it was purchased off of my registry. I called BRU to make sure the car seat came with a base and it does. It also snaps into the stroller like the travel systems. I originally looked at the Graco travel system and changed my mind last minute since this combo was $50.00 less and the stroller is 9 or 10 lbs less too.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
I wanted a bassinet, dh wanted a travel system so we could just snap the car seat onto the stroller, and we both like that when the baby outgrows the car seat, there is a toddler seat that can attatch to the base just as easily.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
I just registered for the Uppa Baby Vista stoller. I love it and heard wonderful things about it. It's pricey, $650 but seems so worth it and a bit less then the Bugaboo and Peg Perego's SKATE which were also my choices.
Check Buy Buy Babies site if you want to view it.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
I got a snap n go and a regular stroller (zippy by inglesina) - Honestly I looked at the travel systems and they seemed to me very heavy and a pain to have. I LOVED my snap n go - it was so easy to just carry a lightweight frame (which folds pretty small) in my trunk and for a quick errand I would just snap in the car seat - when I went on long walks or out on longer errands at the mall etc. I would bring my zippy - and take DD out of the infant seat (but you wouldn't need to do this - you could just use your snap n go). I actually miss my snap n go - it was perfect for quick errands and had a huge basket.
I would recommend you go to the store and really play around with the travel systems - they seem lighter until you add your infant - who might only under 10 lbs at first but they get heavy quickly and lugging a heavy stroller and a 15+ pound infant get old quick.

This IS a travel system, it is just the Metrolite travel system.
I have it in Delancy and I love it.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
I use the Peg Perego Venezia stroller and love is. Since he is only 6 weeks old, the fact that it reclines all the way back (flat) like a carriage is a big plus. Love it! I can also use it with the Peg Perego Viaggio car seat that we have and turn it into one of those "travel systems."

I choose graco I liked the snugride but noticed that it only hold up to 20 lbs and thought that the baby would be out of it too quickly so then I saw the safeseat which holds up to 35 lbs and I loved the pattern both snugride and safeseat had great reviews and are known for safety
I have this same system, and I would highly recommend u adding on a snap n go. I recently pulled a muscle in my back b/c it was a very hectic day, and I was in and out the car 6 or so times with her stroller....
It was alright when Kristina was 6-7 lbs, but now that she is 11... the weight of her, plus the infant seat, and then lifting her stroller in and out of the trunk.... It was too much, and I wound up caving in and buying the snap n go.... MUCH MUCH MUCH easier on the back, and a lot more convenient. I will still use her stroller, but, I will use it when we are on walks, and obviously when she grows out of the infant seat.

Re: What kind of Stroller do you have?
i have the bob revolution stroller with an attachment bar to pop in the car seat for the first 3 months. so far i love it! it is great for the bumpy sidewalks of brooklyn and will be good for jogging later.
we got a small maclaren as a gift which is what i will use for shopping, since it is smaller. haven't tried it yet, but tons of people in my neighborhood have it.
