What Now...BRU TRU vent
I know someone posted this the other day but dont let BRU or TRU fool you...the poster was most certainly correct....THEY ARE NOT TAKING BACK ANYTHING WITHOUT A RECEIPT. OK...heres the problem...when you have a shower and people dont put in receipts then what? or when people buy you multiples on clothes....
How do they expect to have people do registrys there when in the end they wont take doubles back. Not even a credit.

I was able to return everything to Babies R Us without a receipt - I got the lowest price in the last 30 days and needed to give them a drivers license. I just returned some stuff maybe a week ago.
I know TRU won't take anything back.

That is what they told me, I think you need to investigate this further. The girl I spoke to in NC said, they DO NOT have the same policy as TRU....I am going with what she said, after checking again of course. Look at their website for the return policy

I've never had a problem returning at BRU. you just get the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.

Also, if you have a registry...shouldnt the price the person paid be listed like a wedding registry? I am unsure why everyone is getting lowest price.

I asked her that too, since they have a record of the price it was when it was removed. She did say that it is because when people buy multiples they do not always pull it off the registry & they cannot truly verify the purchase price.
IE... if you got XYZ stroller for $150, then got a 20% off coupon you could go & buy it for 20% off & return the one bought off of your registry fro $150, KWIM?
