Flintstones Complete chewables and a 400 mcg tablet of folic acid. Everything else made me sick...

Prima Care (i guess 1) its the big purple pill
I used to have no problems with it but now Its been harder and harder to swallow it.
I had to throw one out because it sat so long in my mouth while I struggled to swallow it that it because swollen

I take them before bed and I've never had a problem.
