What real foods can I start feeding him
Seamus will be 9 months on WEdnesday
We tried YoBaby yogurt this weekend. I did half a container Sat and the other half Sunday just to make sure he didnt have a reaction to dairy.
I have given him a small amount of mashed potatoes a few times, some small pieces of bread and a small piece of a hot pretzel at the hockey game the other night.
I bought Pastina, but how do I make it?
What else can I give him? Cheese? Pankckaes or Waffles?
TIA!!

not sure how good your ds is with getting in all of his milk, but pastina can be made two ways, either boiled with milk (if he needs more) or with water..
i also think cheese and peas/broccolli is a good addition to this.
