What rules are you breaking/bending?

I am not drinking nearly enough water

I am drinking soda ( is this a no-no, just figures since its not good normally it would be the same )

I could be eating more fruits and veggies

I'm not getting any exercise

thats it for now................


oh yeah- how could I forget the pain killers- the migraines had me taking extra strenght tylenol, drinking caffeine( to dull the pain) and sometimes excedrin- My dr was monitorng my headaches said it was ok as but I still feel bad. I only took it when I couldnt take it anymore. Since I went to the ER and got diagnosed with a pinched nerve and muscle spasm I havent taken any pain killers...

I ate blue cheese, feta, cold cuts, and caffeine my whole pregnancy. Ava is perfectly healthy. The only things I didn't mess around with were alcohol, just not worth it to me, and any sorts of medications like ibuprophen, or other OTC meds. Everything else in moderation, as far as I'm concerned. (well, no smoking for me, but I've never smoked, though)

I drink soda, coffee, eat cold cuts and hot dogs, lack veggies/fruit, don't get enough water, and I don' excercise.....

and my daughter is perfectly fine

I dont drink water (although I drink lemonade, the mix with water, does that count???)

I forget to take my vitamins, I only take them 3 or 4 times a week. Chat Icon

I should eat more fruit and veggies

I sleep on my back and sometimes wind up on my stomach (how I dont know but it happens). My neck and hips are killing me from sleeping on my side.

Not too many so far. I have been exercising.

I have only had like 2 sodas and one cup of coffee since I got my BFP. No alcohol. I had a turkey sandwich once, but was so paranoid afterwards that it wasn't worth it.

I drink soda, have caffeine, sleep on my stomach, dont eat enough veggies, went a little over two months with zero exercise - just got back into walking on the treadmill.

I'm currently anti cold cuts due to a food aversion, but once that passes I'll be having some turkey sandwiches for sure.

I drink soda (oked by my doctor because my m/s is so bad that if I can keep it down she doesn't care)

I have eaten cold cuts, no more, no less then I did before....

I am sure there are more, but I am too tired to remember what.

Oh and this one is NOT by choice: my boss smokes cigars ALL day long and thinks that I LIKE the smell. A$$Chat Icon

I drink coffee (1 cup in the am at work). I also eat chocolate.

The one I'll probably never break is the cold cuts. I never ate them before I was PG.

Seriously, is something wrong with eating chocolate?!?

I have been eating lots of that, plus no exercise, sleeping on my back (not on purpose, but I just end up there), oh, and peanut butter!!!!

I eat deli meat (I love a good ham & swiss!)
I don't exercise

I do try to drink water during the day though. I don't want to be dehydrated and I need the water to flush out my system due to water retention.

I eat deli meat
I eat blue cheese dressing (a few times with wings)
I had some ceasar dressing (completely forgot it could be made with raw eggs)
Besides walking to/from bus for work, I don't exercise much

I smoke a pack of Camels a day.
I drink a bottle of whiskey a day
I shoot up heroin every other day.
But the big thing is....I had feta cheese on my salad!!

OK just kidding - but my mom got through with 6 healthy pregnancies smoking and drinking, no prenatals, no ultrasounds....so I don't put much stock in all of these "rules".

hmmm i dont break much but

i dont drink enough water

i missed my prenatal vitamin twice

i dont exercise (will start again next
month after this nausea ends)

i dont eat any veggies they make me sick

i eat chocolate like once a week

I drink gingerale sometimes

So far with both my pg's

I sleep on my back
forget to take my vitamins
Drink soda, drink coffee and tea
I eat cold cuts, hot dogs, PB, shellfish, chocolate, had the best salami this weekend, bologna
I lift things heavy, push things heavy, and tote around my 15 pound 7 month old with all her gear all day long.
I could def eat more fruit and veggies, but french fries and pizza are just so much more yummy!


I did everything, and DD is perfectly healthy, so I am not obbessing with this one either. LIfe is too short to sacrafice yummy food!
