What shoes for this dress
I'm going to an induction dinner in a few weeks, and just bought this dress.
What shoes can I wear with this that doesn't have a high heel?
I was thinking maybe wearing dark black tights with black booties, since it will be the end of October, but I'm not sure it that would look good with this dress.

You can't wear black tights and booties w/ that length dress - If it was short, I'd say go for it - but not like this .
If you're uncomfortable in a high heel, I'd go with a low heeled pump or ankle strap thicker sandal like in the pic - gold, silver, blue, nude, or black
Are you very tall? If not, and if you're not going to wear a high heel, you might want to consider hemming the dress to knee length - that is a VERY difficult length to pull off.

I think I would do a classic black patent pump.
ETA: Just saw that you don't want a high heel - in that case, a kitten heel, but I would try to get as high a heel as you can be comfortable with, with that dress

Yeah, I feel like you need some kind of heel to work with that length dress. It makes such a difference. Maybe a nude wedge would be more comfortable for you?
