What shoes with pencil skirt?
I have a really cute pencil skirt from JCrew that I haven't worn b/c I desparately need new shoes! Since I need heels for work anyways, might as well get some to go with my skirt! Are simple heels the way to go? Also, what about in the winter? The skirt is grey corduroy. Should I wear it with tights and boots? help!

I like the Mary Jane look, too and usually end up with Mary Jane type heels. That being said, isn't the strap supposed to visually cut you off at the ankles when paired with a skirt?
So for the boots...do I go high-heeled or flat? To many options out there right now!

get one with a strap that goes across the top of the foot, if the strap is at your ankles it is not a mary jane.
