What should I expect at the all day lamaze class?

We are going this Saturday to the all day lamaze class at the hospital. What should we expect? Im a little nervous.

We're going to one on Sunday. My friend said they teach you all the breathing techniques, they teach you about delivery (vaginal and C-section), possible medical interventions, things that will help you during labor and after the birth, and a tour of the hospital. I am sure there is more but those were the things that stuck out when she was telling me about it yesterday. Don't be nervous, I'm sure it will be fine. I am excited actually because I feel like it's one step closer to the baby getting here!!
