What size lobster tails?
we are hosting Good Friday Dinner with my family.... we are having
app: Shrimp cocktail
dinner:
lobster tails with butter and lemon
grilled tilapia
pasta with clam sauce
grilled veggies
what size tails should I get 8-10 oz tails?

I'm horrible with this...
my only advise is when I go to my favorite restaurant and get the 10 oz lobster tail... that is enough with out any app or other protein...
With the other food - I may say to go 6-8oz...
but then again - I'm one that over does it in fear of not having enough.
