What the heck are you getting DH/SO for V-day???
I have ZERO ideas!! We are leaving for Paris on Fri so we arent even really "celebrating" it bc we will be packing and doing last min things for the trip. But i think he got me something so....
HELP!!

We're hopefully giving each other a BFP this year!
We're going to Peter Luger for dinner... It's also our 4yr anniversary, but we decided that we're going to celebrate only "big" anniversaries (5,10,15,etc).
December is typically a big month with Christmas, and both of our birthdays only a day apart.  I'm TOTALLY fine with not exchanging extravagant gifts.

We never exchange gifts. This year, since we're going to see Matchbox Twenty on Valentine's day, we're going to celebrate on Friday with a nice romantic home cooked dinner. We'll also get each other cards.

We usually exchange gifts, but this year money is tight, so we just decided that our gift to each other would be a nice dinner and going to a re-showing of an independent film festival in DC (which we did last Friday). So we technically already celebrated Valentine's day and on the actual day we'll just cook a nice meal together. But we will get each other cards.

We normally do not exchange gifts but this year I got him a lion for outside our house. I saw it while shopping this weekend & gave it to him Sunday morning. Needless to say, he was very happy 
Why don't you give him something small that he can use on the trip to Paris or just celebrate when you get there?!???

With baby #1 on the way we decided on not doing anything over the top.
So I just bought the baby a couple of bibs and onesies with "daddy" sayings on it.
One says "I Get Boob Whenever I Want (and Daddy's Jealous). Another says "Daddy's Little Tax Deduction".
They were so cute and funny I couldn't resist.

normally we do small-medium gifts but with going to Europe the following day we decided no gifts...something in Paris would be nice though...
Actually, I did get him an itunes gift certificate for 25.00. Since he is working in Germany right now he needs more entertainment- he can download movies and music with it... and I bought him a supply of his hair gel lol- they don't have it there... but I would brought him these things anyway...so not really a Vday gift

I bought DH a flight simulator game for the computer (he loves the flight simulators at dave and busters)
BUT I read some reviews of it online and it turns out you need a top of the line computer with 15GB RAM to play it correctly.
So, I'm going to return it and get him a few small things- a gift card for Dave and Busters (so he can play the game there- and I can enjoy it too!) an iTunes gift card and maybe a shirt or something so its not just a couple of cards.
You could always get yourself some lingerie- they always like that
