What time to take a PIO?
I have the prep for it all ready in my head (did it 2x last cycle). Fill up syringe warm in my boobies while my tush is warming on heating pad. Then go time followed by massage and heat.
But when should I take it? 6pm? 7pm? Later earlier?

What time to take a PIO?
I always did it after dinner... Between 6&7.

Doesn't matter what time, as long as it's about the same time every night. So choose a time you know you'll generally be home every night. PIO isn't something you want to do while out to dinner!

I took it at night. Usually around 8pm.
