Re: What to bring in to day care...
If you have a label maker- thats best!
Other wise a sharpie marker...
Will she be their for nap time?- If so her own sheet, pillow, blanket and maybe stuffed animal...
For her cubby you will want to keep, a couple changes of clothes, maybe an extra hat or pair of gloves...
Diapers, wipes, her creams, her own tissues (I tend to think that the daycare order in bulk- and its usually not the real nice soft tissues)
If shes potty training lots of extra underwear... maybe some flushable wipes... (and some antibacterial wipes for her hands???)

Re: What to bring in to day care...
I would think they would want a full change of clothes def, diapers, wipes, cremes, sippy's, my daycare does snack, but we need to provide lunch.
I label with a fabric marker for clothes, and either a p touch or permanent marker on some masking tape for bottles, etc.
I got those take and toss things so i don't have to worry about marking up her good stuff.

Make sure everything is labled that you bring in. Bring extra clothes. If your DC is not potty trained yet, bring extra pull ups and wipes. You may want to bring your DCs own sheet and blanket as well. They usually get sent home every Friday to be washed. If you DC is on a sippy cup, bring one or two and have them labled as well. Hope this helps.
