Oooohhh - I have already put in my order to DH:
Boars Head Honey Maple Turkey, provelone, lettuce and mayo on semolina bread with a huge ice cold diet pepsi.

Same here! After my ds andagain when my dd were born my dad brought me a 6 pack of Corona to the hospital in a cooler along with a bottle of champagne for everyone else!

Hey...you can't eat smoked salmon?
At the end of my pregnancy I was CHOMPING down on Cream Cheese and Lox on Ryvita with lovely ripe tomatoes.
I didn't know you weren't supposed to eat it!!!

PIZZA, margaritas and/or straight tequila, maybe a mai tai, anything greasy...Cheeseburgers. All the things I cannot eat to prevent heartburn/vomiting!
In all honesty, I am DYING for chicken and broccoli casserole [my great-grandmother's recipe]...but from the beginning I've stayed away from broccoli for the gas factor.
