I always make something I can transport in my Pampered Chef collapsible bowl. Usually I do pasta salad, but if you're looking for dessert, fruit salad would work too!

How about a trifle? They're super easy and always look so pretty. They're always a crowd pleaser with our friends and family. This one would be really cute for the 4th:

I recently made smores using Nutella, Fluff and graham crackers. Everyone loved them and super easy! (Obviously not good for anyone with nut allergies.) I have 2 other go to's that I love to bring:

1-pizza crumb form Dairy Barn (DELICIOUS)
2- Eclair cake

It is always a hit and couldn't be easier. I don't do the topping in the link. Instead I call it napoleon cake and simply microwave some vanilla frosting and chocolate frosting in separate bowls and swirl together on top. Looks like the top of a napoleon and dries hard like that. It's awesome! It's also better a day or 2 after it's made. Just bring it over in a cooler & you are set! Since it's the 4th you could swirl some red/ blue food coloring in the vanilla frosting!

We're bringing mini cupcakes to the bbq we are going to tomorrow.

I saw something cute online somewhere about putting strawberries, blueberries and bananas on skewers to make a fruit American flag - cute and easy (but, I couldn't find bananas that would be ripe in time).
