What to do? DD is taking off her diaper at night
 Miki learned how to take off her pajamas (the ones with the zipper and button at the top) about a week ago but never took her diaper off until last night
I went in to check on her and she was as naked as the day she was born 
I slipped a pull up onto her and that was fine
any suggestions on how to handle this?

I know I've read on here to put the PJ's on backwards that way she can't unzip them. Another poster duct tapes the diapers!

yes, I remember seeing ABCiverson duct taping her dd's diaper

I agree with the onesie.
I babysat for parents that put their daughters diaper on backwards. It looked strange, but it seemed to work.

My friend's sister would cut the feet out of the zip up PJ's and put them on backwards.
