what to do with hard boiled eggs for breakfast?

I need easy on the go ideas that I can eat out of the ziploc bag while driving, lol

so far I have
eggs and a little mayo
eggs and cheese
eggs and tomato

I'm not a fan of bacon or much meat lately... Any recipes or other ideas?

Will these be in sandwich form?

I love sliced hard boiled eggs with mayo, lettuce and tomato on whole wheat toast.

If not in a sandwich, you can make a quick egg salad (chopped with mayo and maybe a little mustard), put it in a container and carry a plastic fork with you.

thats how I made it today. for some reason it tasted disgusting.
i think ill force DH to eat the rest of the eggs I made last night.
