What to do with shells other than stuffed shellls?

I made stuffed shells the other day, and now I have half the box left. don't want to make them again so soon... any other suggestions?

Ive made shells with a ricotta, spinach and chicken mix inside.

ed: Recipe for the filling:

2 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups spinach (I use 1 box frozen spinach, thawed)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

I filled cooked shells and baked as I would normally
