What to pack in a beach bag
Im trying to put together a bag for when I take DS (23 months) to the beach. I want to make sure I dont forget anything since I rarely do the beach. Beach experts, tell me what to bring with me! TIA

Less is more when you're lugging that stuff around -
Sunscreen, Diapers/wipes, baby powder (to get the sand off) something dry to wear on the ride home, water, a snack, towels, a few toys and a big sheet to sit on (I honestly skip lugging the chair b/c I never sit in it !!)

a pail... my dd did not want to go by the water when she was 2...so we used the pail to bring some water to her

i always brought a big bottle of water to wash into DS face and hands - he always got sand on his face and flipped out - it helped a lot. (filling it up w ocean water hurt his eyes)

Here is what I bring:
A chair for me and DS, a blanket, a cooler with waters, lunch, snacks, diapers for both kids, wipes, baby powder, change of clothes, towels, toys, shovel, umbrella, sunscreen for all of us, hat for both kids, and it all goes in my kick asss beach cart, that I couldn't live without!

I also leave his change of clothes (and a spare diaper) in the car so no sand will get on them as well as another towel. lol
bucket and shovel! lol.
HUGE bottle of baby powder. I use it as much as the kids do.
easy snacks and a cooler with water. i prefer the chair v/s the blanket but i also hate the beach! lmao
