What to pay family member for daycare
My sister currently stays home with her 1 year old and I am thinking about having her watch Ava when she's 3 months. I would have to drop her off at my sister's house and my sister would also be watching her own kid.
What would you pay her per week for 35-40 hrs? I say 35 hrs because my mom comes home (my sister live in an apt in her house) and I know she will hand the baby over to her.
Any suggestions? We would be paying $247 per week for 35 hrs with an actual daycare and $275 per week for 40 hrs with daycare. We would pay her cash...

I'd say $200/week. No less than that.

Did she watch any other kids? My sister will also be watching her own daughter. I know she'll have to take my daughter with her when she goes to my niece's gymboree classes, etc.
