what to serve with stuffed peppers?

im going to make the tomorrow from one of the recipes posted on here and i dont know what to serve with them....dont want to do a salad.

I did them last week and I did some potato wedges (it was the only thing I had) and I was able to put the potatoes together with the peppers in the oven,

I always look at stuffed peppers as an 'all in one' meal - it has the veggie, the starch and the meat all together.

I usually serve it with some sort of salad (sorry) - tossed salad, cucumber salad or beet salad depending on my mood. Sometimes I will serve with a good loaf of bread or Texas Toast though.
