What to wear with a formal chocolate dress?
Would you wear a gold sandal? I am thinking of a short dress so would I then wear stockings? Help!

Gold would look good with brown, but wearing hose with sandals is a major pet peeve for me. JMO!!

i wore a brown dress to my rehersal dinner last fall. i actually found brown shoes to match and did not wear panty hose.

I'd wear gold pointy-toes slingbacks if you want to wear stockings.

No, no, I wouldn't wear the hose w/ sandals, don't worry I bought gold strappy sandals and gold clutch so I think I'm set. Thanks for all of your input!

I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and we wore chocolate brown dresses with gold strappy heels. Looked great!
