what type of beans do u give your 10-12 month old?
what type of beans do u give your 10-12 month old? how do u prepare it?

Well DD is 8.5 months old but I make over cooked string beans (I love the flat itlain one's but they are hard to find) and I usually add a potatoe and then I use my hand chopper and he gobbles it up. I have also made lentil soup which she seemed to like.

my ped suggested lentils yesterday for protein...I'm not sure if they are technically beans but we are going to try them this week

Ditto.. and also lentils. Those were a BIG hit. especially when I first started them out on it. You can give it to them solo, or with rice or I'd even spread some on bread. YUMMMMMM lol

In the UK our kids LIVE on Heinz Baked Beans. They eat them with everything, they are Navy beans based
