I heard the pre-natals at CVS are good. Some docs even give those alone (no Rx). I never wanted to get sick so I take mine (Rx) right after dinner.

My gyno gave me a bunch of samples to try...and I am supposed to call after I try each one to let them know which I like. So far, I love PrimaCare One. The others have made me a little nauseaus so far....

I am taking a multi-vitamin. My doc said these have plenty of folic acid and everything else I need.

I am taking the rite-aid brand prenatals, after reading glowing reviews on drugstore.com
so far I have not notice any side effects and absolutely no tummy irritation, so I really like it :)
