We had a whole bunch of antipasta. And we ordered a bunch of pizzas with different toppings, salad, and garlic knots. We had cake and cupcakes for dessert. SO easy!

We had burgers and dogs for about 40+ people. I bought everything at Costco.

Re: what was on your menu for DC's 1st birthday?
having dd's 1st b-day party in 2 wks, i invited the same amount of guests, and depending on thet total of rsvps(which still arent all back yet might i add) i may do a few trays of hot food, like baked ziti and sausage & peppers, a 3ft american hero & 3 ft italian hero, some macaroni/potato salad, a few pizzas for the kiddies, and cupcakes for dessert and some kinda edible favor. if my rsvps are close to my invites, i plan on having the food catered, most likely from cascarino's(they are in queens but are excellent!) havent decided yet. if my rsvps are alot less than anticipated, then i will make the hot food trays earlier in the week,, and possibly order 1 hero/salads. good luck!
