What website do you go to find out if you are in a flood zone and if you are being/will be evaccuated?

I'm sorry if this has been covered before, but I've been Googling like crazy to find something and I'm having a difficult time.

I heard on TWC that the coastal homes on the south shore of were being evacuated, but I couldn't find any additional information anywhere.

This is for Nassau County... It will probably be a mandatory evacuation for south of Sunrise Highway and North of 25A....
