about 12 weeks for me. not full force right away, but there was a big difference by 12 weeks. (it definitely did not start coming back at all before 11 weeks)
Take lots of naps and rest up for now!

Impossible with a 9.5 month old. She keeps me running.. I would nap when she was but her naps are short.

for me, this week (12.5 weeks to be exact). Actually, tomorrow I'll be 13 weeks. Thank goodness its back.

I'd say 13-14 weeks. I was so exhausted before then, I am also chasing my 1 and 3 yo around which doesn't make the exhaustion any easier.

Same here. I had more energy in my second trimester, but not nearly as much as I had before pregnancy. I was able to do more housework, but needed to take pretty frequent breaks.

I was feeling my best in the end of my 2nd trimester / early 3rd. Im heading into the end of my 3rd and now I feel like I did back in my 1st.

About 13 weeks!! I felt like my old self again, I had energy, I wasn't exhausted all the time and sleeping every chance I got, it was great. Now at 29 weeks I'm starting to slow down a little again but the whole 2nd trimester and a little into the 3rd was wonderful. Hang in there........you're getting close!!!

I've been starting to feel a little more energetic the past few days. I am 13 weeks today.
Its still not back totally though, especially now because I am having trouble getting comfortable sleeping.

For me, it was around the 12th week. Before that, I spent the weekends on the couch awaiting my body to return to normal......ha!!! Now, in the beginning part of the second trimester, I'm feelin good!!! You'll get there....patience......ugh!!

hmm bout 14-15 weeks, but I still never felt the same, just not as bad as the first trimester. now i'm in my 3rd and I feel drained but again not as bad as the first 14 wks
