Full term for twins is considered 37 weeks and I think average is between 35 and 36. I was early with mine at 30 weeks.

my c-section was originally scheduled for 39 weeks. They switched it to 38 weeks after I started pre-term labor at 34 weeks. They ended up being born at 36w6d because i developed preeclampsia. They weighed 6lbs2oz and 5lbs5oz and gad no issues, and no nicu.

I made it to 36 weeks. At 32 weeks, baby A's fluid dropped considerably so they made me go in for sonos 2X a week. At 36 weeks, his fluid was pretty much gone so, they admitted me and did the CS the next day.

My c/s was originally scheduled for 38 weeks. I ended up delivering at 36 weeks due to HELLP syndrome and cholestasis.

My dr. wanted to schedule a c-sec at 39 weeks, but after complications with preterm contractions, I had the c-sec at 37w5d.

I had my c section scheduled for 38 wks, 1 day but I delivered at 36 weeks, 2 days. DD's water broke! They were 6lbs5oz and 5lb6oz and in the NICU for a very short time only bc I had GD and they had to make sure they were regulated, no issues with them at all!

started contractions at 33 weeks. gave me procardia to stop them and at 36 weeks took me off. went into labor 36 weeks. csection next day.

Scheduled C sec at 38wks, I made it and probably could of went longer if I was going vaginally.

Doctor told me 38 weeks was full term for twins.
I delivered at 34.5 weeks c-section because I was losing fluid and preeclampsia

Originally scheduled to deliver at 38 weeks, but they did the c-section at 36 weeks. Boys were identical and showing signs of Twin-to-Twin transfusion syndrome from 33 weeks on so they didn't want to wait any longer. No NICU time for either one!

They're really good! They actually both started taking some of their feedings from a bottle!  Huge step for them! And they are putting weight on great too. Still have to be in the incubators b/c they cant fully keep their body temps up but that should be happening soon for them. Thanks for asking!

My sister just delivered her babies very early at 32 weeks, this week.
The babies r in the NICU in winthrop, and hopefully will be out in 6-8 weeks
she had no signs of early labor, was not put on bedrest, she just went into labor very fast

I know the feeling all too well, my boys were born at 31 weeks, home in 6 and 7 weeks and 3 months yesterday! Glad to hear they are doing well.
