what week do you get your first sonogram
i have my first appt of tuesday and i will be 6 weeks...i think.. i was wondering if i will get a sonogram then?? Also did your DH go to the first visit with you?

no idea but my first appointment is monday and i am hoping they will do one! i know it might be too early to see a heartbeat but i am hoping to at least see the sac!

My first sono was at 10 weeks - it was my second appt. DH was with me at the sono.
He did not go to my first appt.

at my very first appt, DH did not come- they gave me a pregnancy test and did a quick internal exam and a rx for bloodwork
My second appt, they scheduled a sonogram, and I was 7 weeks- DH came to that one because i knew i was goign to have the sono...

I had my first visit at 6 weeks. My Dr. did not do a sono then because she said that in many cases you can't see the heartbeat that early and it worries the mother. I had a sono at 8 weeks. DH only came to the appointments where I had sonograms.

My 1st appt was at 5 1/2 weeks and they told me to come back the following week for a sono. I had my sono at 6 1/2 weeks and my DH came with me. We were able to see the HB which was great. If they didn't see a HB I would have come back the following week for another sono because they said it was still early.

My first sono was an internal at 8 weeks.

i am a "high risk" pregnancy. i had weekly sonos from week 4-8, then as im having twins im going every other week. i saw somethign each time. my husband always went goes with me.
