what week to install car seats?
I'm 30 weeks, 3 days and these guys are pretty comfy looking in there!

At 30w 3 days I thought I had plenty of time. They were born at 30w 5 days! We installed the car seats when they were in the nicu, once we had a departure date.

i delivered at 33w6d...my dad had them installed while I was in the hospital.

Its just the base so I say those seats will be in car for a long time...so might as well install & get used to seeing them in there.

We did it about 34 because I didn't want dh to have to stress putting things together and having them inspected while I was in the hospital. It worked out well. We were all set to go when we needed to be. Mine seemed comfy too and I really thought I'd have to schedule at 38 but was dilated at 36. Any pregnancy, especially twins, can go from 0-60 in no time. Not that you will, but just better to be prepared and not have to stress. I wished I had gotten more done before bed rest so I didn't have to stress so much in those 10 weeks.

what week to install car seats?
id put the bases in now and also get comfortable starpping and unstrapping them. i remember i used a teddy bear as practice and it was perfect! fyi it takes literally 2 seconds to install.
