What were your cycles like the first few months off BCP?
I was hoping to be more regular in terms of cycles by now (2 months post BCP), but it's all over the place.
Can you tell me about your cycles first off BCP? Give me some hope that it will regulate soon, because now i can't even guess on O-dates since it is so messed up. And I can't tell EWCM from WCM.

It can take from 1-6 months to regulate. Try to relax and let your body do it's thing. If you would really like to know if you are going to O, then try OPK's.

I was trying OPKs and have yet to get a +, and was spending $$$$ since I couldn't guess on a week. I think I may not have even ovulated since BCP (well, really since before going on BCP 15+ years ago!) so I don't even know what to look for.

The first month of BCP it took me 60 days to get AF, the second month it was 40 days to get AF. After that it started to regulate. I know it is frustrating, but it takes some time for your body to adjust. Hang in there

i had the same problems the first few months off BCP. it was confusing and frustrating. it took my body about 6 months to regulate and i finally figured things out at that point. i know it's hard right now but you will get the "hang" of it.

Thank you It's so frustrating. I just want my body to be 'normal'....and i don't even know what normal is for me anymore!

After coming off BCPs I didn't know how long my cycles would be-- prior to being on the pill, I had a reg. 28 day cycle-- but that was 10 years ago! I was nervous when my first cycle was 36 days, then it was 31 days the following cycle and has remained that way for the following 2 cycles...of course now I'm on CD44 and going for a BT on Thurs. hoping I'm pregnant, but not showing on a HPT...
