I have a headache and sometimes Tylenol just doesnt cut it.

Ditto on the Excedrine migrane. I think its just really regular excedrine plus caffeine.

I absolutely MUST have Extra Strength Excedrin on me at all times. It's the only thing that gives me any kind of relief.

If it's like a tension headache- excedrin or motrin(3 or 4 of the motrin). If it's worse(usally means migraine for me), than prescription imitrex.

Advil. It's the only thing that works for me. Even Excedrin Migraine does nothing.

I also suffer from migraines. I had Zomig prescribed, but prefer to take Excedrin migraine, because it has less side effects!
Works great!

Sometimes Advil works. I have also taken Fioricet and Flexeril, but not at the same time. Flexeril is a mild muscle relaxant that I got for a neck problem, but I think that my headaches stem from the neck problem, so it helps.

I have migraines. Nothing works (except when I get desperate and take a migraine medicine).
Sleep is the only thing that really works without medicine. Even with the medicine, I have go to bed in a dark room.
