what would be a good side dish with this?
I'm making THIS for my sister and brother in law when they come for dinner next weekend.... but i'm trying to decide on a side dish with it.
i'm trying to avoid pasta because my sisters on a low carb kick.... maybe some kind of rice?? or which vegetable? i'm also gonna do a salad, too. Thanks for any ideas!

if she's on a low carb kick I wouldn't make that at all.
Something without bread crumbs.
If you decide to make it I would make some sauteed spinach with garlic and oil.

I am a fan of asparagus with chicken. You also could do a rice pilaf with the asparagus (but that would be a carb no) I think there should be a carb though for a balanced meal.

i like steamed broccoli with chicken & you already said salad, i think that would be perfect!
