What would you do? (sorry - kinda long)
So DH & I are going on a trip tomorrow to visit my mom in another state. DH is returning on Sunday and I am suppose to stay until Tuesday. I thought I would be ovulating this weekend so I figured the timing would be good. But I am using the CBFM (first month doing so) and I still only have a low reading. I'm getting nervous that I am going to ovulate on Monday or maybe Tuesday. I get home Tuesday afternoon but DH is working Tuesday day and night - I go back to work on Wednesday sooooo we won't be able to BD from Sunday morning until Wednesday night!
I'm thinking about coming up with an excuse to come back with DH on Sunday. I haven't told my mom that we are ttc'ing as I don't want to get her hopes up. And she is coming up for Mother's day so it's not like it will be a long time until I see her.
What do you think?

I don't think you should come with him...think about it. You'll have to explain to your mom why you're leaving early...and what if you don't get a BFP at the end of the month?
JMO, but I'd let it go for this month. Maybe things will work out in your favor anyway. I'm currently on CD 22 with CBEFM and I'm on my 5th high day...haven't reached O yet!!

Ditto.
And if you're still totally low, who knows when it'll hit the high, esp if this is your first month using it. You might not get high or peak until Wed or Thurs and then you missed out on some time with your mom for no reason.

I would wait until you are there - if you ovulate - I would make an excuse and go home (not feeling well). I wouldn't tell mom - it builds expectations.
