my Update
I went to the store today
they took mine back
I had a full foot print on both - they are 2 months old
I exchanged them for the thora's in gold
half the price and a regular sole
I am happy!

I called Shopbop to check if they even had my size in the shoe to send me a new pair.. NOPE.. so now they said they will give me some money back. I asked how much and they told me that can be negotiated when i call them back once i receive their ups label.. 
I have the Thora in black patent with the black patent sole.. they are comfy!

I think Bergdorfs still has them
they have them at the TB store also
get the money back and buy them some where else!
