What's a good time on a Sat for a 1st birthday party in the summer?
Sorry for all the birthday related posts, but this is the first time I've had to really think about it...
Late June...
DD usually only takes a morning nap usually, so I was thinking around 2:00....but I don't know....any suggestions on what time to choose?

I was tossed up between 1 and 2. I settled on 1pm figuring that people wouldn't really show up until 1:30-2pm anyway. Also, I didn't want to get started with the food too late, etc.

My first thought was 2. People always come late though so anytime between 1-2 sounds good to me.

I would schedule it after naptime too - I think 2pm is perfect.
We do 3pm because my DD's take late naps.

I did 11 - 1. My DS was still doing 2 naps at that time. We were out doors at a park so I didn't want it in the hottest part of the day either (2-4)

We are having DDs this weekend starting at 3..just bc that tends to be a good time with her napping schedule..hopefully it will be her "happy hour" this weekend like usual lol

We'll probably do 2pm - backyard bbq. Not many kids so it will probably turn into an evening event.

if its a Sunday then 1.00 but its Sat so 2.00 is good
