just got back from my niece's HS graduation in VA -- and some family sent her money, from $50 to $100.

A bunch of us chipped in and got her a Tiffany bracelet with a "Class of '10" lock on it that she loved.

I think it depends on how close you are to them. $50 to $100 is good.

I just sent a gift with my parents who were going to my cousin's grad party (I couldn't go) and I gave $50. But I am really not close with her.

$50-100 i think is a good range for HS graduation.

giftcards are always good too! (maybe for like staples, or BBBeyond if they will be living in a college dorm).

I seem to remember $50.00 being the magic number for me. And that's what I plan on giving my cousin in 2 weeks.

Our nephew just graduated and is going to Cornell. Our gift is higher than those mentioned.
