Since I am off.....a roasted chicken! Yum!! I'll put carrots & little red potatoes around in when I roast it so the veggies will be made in the same pan!
Plus I have a pot of chicken soup going too!

i made amazing roast beef last night (1.77 lbs) ... 2 cans of onion gravy .. sliced portbello mushrooms some italian dressing in the oven for 1 hour on 325... mashed potatoes and carrots

we're having salisbury steak... just make hamburger patties, cook them in a fryig pan. towards the end, dump in a can of beef gravy on top, and let it heat through... serve it all over some egg noodles with a veggie

Last night for our anniversary, I made swedish meatballs with egg noodles and a salad.
Tonight, since DH will be watching football, we (I) am making homemade pizza for DH.
