It's just going to be 4 of us (DH and I, my mom and my dad). So, I dont plan on making too much.
Appetizers: shrimp cocktail Clam dip w/crackers pinwheels
Main Course: Salad Penne a la vodka filet mignon w/caramel brandy sauce fresh italian bread
Dessert: chocolate torte

Re: What's for Easter dinner
We're actually doing brunch this year. I'm sick of cooking meat with all the same sides for all the holidays.
I'm thinking quiche French toast casserole Fruit Salad Bacon/Sausage Scones or some kind of breakfast pastry
Not sure what else goes with that

sounds delish! what a great idea. depending on how many people you're having, you could also do mini bagel twists with lox spread and cream cheese. and a fruit cobbler type of dessert.

Some restaurant in FL. We don't know where yet, but, the plan is to go dinner and then all back to my inlaws for dessert.
