When I crave a ham and cheese, I bring everything seperate to work, microwave the ham, then put the sandwich together at work.

I had potato soup @ 12PM but I am waiting for 2:30PM. Today is my works Christmas Party. I can't wait to eat all the food that people have brought. YumYum

Eat it then.
Everything in moderation. When I was pregnant, I had hyperemisis and you would be surprised the "rules" that go out the window when you really can't keep much down.
I ate salami and provolone sandwichs quite often.
And ham and cheese is actually a set of cold cuts that if you HAD to heat it up, you could make it into a grilled cheese.
I know it is stressful trying to figure out what is ok to eat, but honestly, everything in moderation!

I agree. I eat turkey and cheese sandwiches when I feel like it. I even eat ham sandwiches too. Moderation is key!!

Don't blame the baby! Blame Preguntas like I always do when I have Taco Bell. 
Unfortunately, Taco Bell is just too far for me to walk to nowadays so my crunchy taco supremes are a thing of the past.
