One thing. A second dog.
Really though, I haven't even thought about it yet. I think we might not do individual gifts this year and just buy major purchases we've been putting off. We're in the market for a new tv, receiver, stereo and speakers.

I think I want a cashmere blanket.
Other than that - I really can't think of anything else.

DH wants a new camera
OoooOOOOohhhh you just reminded me!! I wanted the Nikon D90 so I could take videos and not have to switch lenses (I already have a D70 that I would keep)...
Then I would need a new bag to hold them all... new memory card, additional batteries and charger, maybe a new tripod since my old one broke...
This could be an expensive Christmas.

Re: What's on your holiday wish list?
I've got my eye on a black and silver coach bag. I'd also like another set of makeup brushes. I use so much black that when I use a light/bright color, even after cleaning, there are still traces of black.
Giving: My immediate family from florida will be in town, so I'm really looking forward to spoiling my neice and nephew with whatever their little hearts desire!

Re: What's on your holiday wish list?
A ridiculously expensive and completely irresponsible Gucci bag
But realistically I don't see that for this year since we're saving to buy a house! And, at this point just finding a house we love a putting a down payment down would be a gift! Finding a house is SO hard..................

Re: What's on your holiday wish list?
cooking stuff - another slipat and another bowl for my Kitchen-Aid.
I'm going to get a DVD cabinet as a large family gift, using gift cards!
We'll probably get a Wii - DH had his heart set on it. I said only if I can get a Wii Fit.
We bought our family board game gift today - Simpson's Scene It!
So not much else for him or me, from each other!
My family is being unhelpful in the gift dept. I always get my mom some teastuff and my dad some golf stuff. My brother is impossible to shop for!

Re: What's on your holiday wish list?
I don't think we're exchanging gifts this year -- If we do, it will only be a couple of small things. We bought a new horse for our anniversary this summer, and I do remember saying he would also be our Christmas present. I will probably get DH a couple of monogrammed saddle pads and a quarter sheet for the new horse (which is supposed to be "his" horse).
There's really nothing I want, and we are saving up to buy a farm in the next year or so... so I think we'll just splurge on a nice dinner sometime around the holidays instead.
We'll only be buying for the kids in my family and the adults in DH's family because they refuse to move to a "kids only" gift poilcy. (Last year was ridiculous. We all exchanged gift cards. I will try once again to suggest the children only gift policy...)

We're in the process of redoing our den, so we're going to keep things low key this year. We'll probably spend a day in the city, go to dinner, and get each other some small gifts.

Right now, we're planning to move OOS, but haven't decided 100% where yet. Part of it will be based on where DH finds a job. PA and NC are at the top of our list. I really want to consider KY, too, but haven't spent much time there. We have to schedule some serious visits to these places to get a better idea. I'm hoping for NC!
